Musical Abstractions and ALL THAT JAZZ!
Luis
Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Charles Mingus,
Billie Holiday, Benny Goodman, Charlie Parker
and Thelonious Monk. These musical legends, along
with many others took American's muisc to place with no boundaries. Rooted in
the Blues, Jazz music set the pace for all the great trends in music today. Before
Rap there was Scat and before rock there was ragtime. Before there was Rave, Techo,
Club and House music. There was swing, big band and the abstract jazz movement.
Jazz music lends it self to be molded into many musical forms.

music as an expressionistic art form.
In
a new effort to deepen the finger prints of jazz in art history, Valentino has
begun two new collections. These jazz inspired project's focus is on legendary
figures in jazz history. The first
collection interprets jazz music in an expressionistic manner on canvas only.
While the second collection incorporates musical
instruments into a customized sculptured paintings.
